Steinway model 'B' restoration
This c1900 Steinway model B client restoration had a full internal rebuild, but at the client's request excludes re-gilding of the cast plate (frame) or casework re-polishing. It's had a new action, restored keyboard (new white key tops), soundboard repaired and re-varnished.
The damper levers are being converted to the modern Steinway design by having inserts fitted; a fiddly job but worth doing!
